Privacy notice for the demo request form
Data controller
The company that provides the Wardline product. Its legal name, registry number and address are included in the reply to your demo request and in the service agreement; use the application route below for any questions.
Personal data processed
Full name, work email address, organization name, role and deployment preference. The form asks for nothing else.
Purpose of processing
Only to respond to your demo request and schedule the demo session.
Collection method
The data is collected electronically when you submit the demo request form on this site. The site uses no analytics or third-party tracking; only a session cookie required for form security is set.
Legal basis
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to establishing a contract: the demo and preliminary meeting you requested) and Art. 5/2-f (the data controller’s legitimate interest in responding to your request). Your data is not used for marketing without your separate explicit consent.
Transfers
The request is forwarded to an internal system configured by the data controller so that the sales team can respond. Only authorized sales and technical staff can access it; it may be shared with service providers such as hosting only for that purpose and under KVKK Art. 8. If a transfer abroad becomes necessary, the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 are met and this notice is updated.
Retention period
Kept for at most two years after the demo process concludes; at the end of that period, or on your request, it is deleted or anonymized.
Technical records
Form values are never written to server logs; only that a request was received and the selected role and deployment preference are recorded. To limit abuse, a digest of your IP address is kept in memory only, for a short time.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, and request correction or deletion, and to object.
How to apply
Under KVKK Art. 13 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can apply in writing or by registered electronic mail (KEP), or write to the email address we used to reply to your demo request. Applications are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
